Terms & Conditions
1. Equipment rental is based on 24 hours. A day is considered 24 hours from the time rented.
2. The renter must pay the rental in full upon receiving the rental equipment and must be returned before the end of agreed rental period. Failure to return the rented equipment as agreed will results in reporting to police as stolen.
3. You must return the equipment in the same condition as rented.
4. Refundable  security deposit of RM200 will be charged. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in good working condition. If any damages observed and/or the functionality is compromised, the deposit will be used for repair. If the deposit could not cover the damages, we/I reserve to seek more money from the renter.
5. We/I have the rights to refuse to rent out the equipment, if we/I believe the renter is not reliable.
6. We need the following photocopy and original (The original will be returned once confirmation)
   - Malaysian New Identification
   - If you are a student, a student id required.
   - Latest utility bills, phone or astro bills as proof of residence.
7. The renter is required to inspect and sign an acceptance form in order to rent them. A video will be recorded as proof of the equipment's condition and the acceptance by the renter.
8. The rented equipment is only to be used within Klang Valley. If there is a need to use them out of Klang Valley, prior agreement with us must be made.
9. Extension of rental need to be informed at least 1week prior of extension.
10. Any late return would be charged based on the full daily rate, not based on the 5 days special rental rate. The rental rate will continue until the equipment has been returned in full package in good condition.
11. If the prospective renter is late by more than 15mins from the promised time and date to rent, the rental rate will commence immediately. If late by an hour, we have the right to refuse to rent it out.
12. The rental equipment can only be used within the legality of Malaysian law. It can't be used for any illegal activities. If found for any misuse, we have the rights for immediately possesion and no money will be refunded.
13. The equipment is owned by us and have all the rights as an owner. We are only giving you the rights to use them during the rental period.
14. We have the rights to change the rental package without prior notice.
